Convocation 2018

Convocation 2018 will be held on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. Registration will open in the fall of 2017. Please check back for more details.

Graduates of 2016 Convocation

Date: Sunday, March 5, 2017
Where: The Bella Theatre at Mount Royal University

Students must register to attend and participate in convocation.

Registration closed on January 5, 2017.

This ceremony will be open to those who graduate between May – December 2016.

Details for the Day of the Event

The ceremony will begin at 1 pm. We ask that graduates arrive at 11:30 am to give time for gowning and then line-up. Guests are asked to be seated by 12:45 pm at the latest.

Tickets will be available for pickup at the event. Tickets will be available in the lobby outside of the Bella Theatre doors. Gowning will take place in the Atelier (which is just off the lobby).

The Bella Theatre is located at Mount Royal University in the Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts building. Please find the campus map here : MRU – Campus Parking Map 2017.

Parking is free on Sundays. Lot 8 on the map is the closest parking area to the theatre.

The concession area will be open during this event if you would like to purchase drinks or snacks. The Cafe in the EC Building attached to the Taylor Centre will also be open from 12pm – 4pm. They serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, baked goods.
